PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH TROPICAL PATHWAYS FOR ANY TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES OR ANY OTHER ADVISORY SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH OUR REAL ESTATE MARKETING ACTIVITIES. BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY TOUR OR TRIP TO ANY LOCATION EITHER BOOKED, ORGANIZED OR RECOMMENDED BY TROPICAL PATHWAYS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER OF LIABILTY.

World Pathways LLC, conducting business as Tropical Pathways,("Tropical Pathways", "we", "us", "our") is acting as an agent for suppliers in providing, arranging or selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodations, meals, tours and other services. We shall therefore not be held responsible for any breach of contract, or any intentional, or unintentional, or careless actions, or omissions on the part of any such suppliers, other tour participants, or any other person, which results in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions, or group members. We do not guarantee any supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, quality of service, or their handling of you or your personal effects.

Tropical Pathways, and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, and subcontractors shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with accidents or illness, climatic conditions, dangers and risks inherent in foreign travel, terrorist acts, social or labor unrest, local laws, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, poor quality of service, abnormal conditions or developments, acts of God, acts of any person, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside our control.

In addition to the above, we may arrange for various kinds of professionals and advisors to provide you with general information and answer some of your questions in connection with the purchase of land or real estate in the country or countries you will be visiting as well as other related matters.

We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy, completeness or relevance to you of any information or advice that may be provided to you.

By embarking upon any travel or tour booked, arranged, or recommended by us, you voluntarily assume complete and full responsibility for all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected, and for any information or advice you may receive from advisors, and you expressly agree to forever release, discharge and hold Tropical Pathways, and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, advisors, and subcontractors harmless against any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, suits, claims and demands of any and every kind whatsoever which you or your travel companions, or group members now have, or which may arise hereafter out of or in connection with your participation in any tour, travel or any other activities booked, or arranged by us.

Travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to obtain coverage for themselves, travel companions, and family members to cover unforeseen travel and related issues such as, but not limited to, cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost/stolen/damaged travel documents and personal property, accidents, injuries, medical expenses and emergency transportation.
